The Newcastle Jets are thrilled to announce that Alex Nassiep has re-signed with the Club for a further two seasons
Nassiep signed for the Club ahead of the 2025/26 season, having previously spent time with Brisbane Roar, Melbourne Victory and Western United. Alex featured in the squad 17 times this season, also appearing several times for the Youth team. Previously, Alex has represented Australia at U17 level.
Head Coach Mark Milligan is delighted to have re-signed Alex,
“Alex has a massive future. He possesses all the attributes to be a fantastic goalkeeper, and over the past year has become an integral part of the goalkeeping unit by pushing himself and those around him to a higher level.”
Alex Nassiep is happy to have extended his time in Newcastle,
