The Jets started the second with intent and doubled their lead in the 53rd minute when a ball across goal from Daniel Wilmering found Stamatelopoulos who scored his second of the match.
Rob Stanton’s side had their third goal only minutes later when Stamatelopoulos turned provider after a clever turn inside his own half to find Lucas Mauragis who raced clear to goal and shoot past Freke.
Brisbane added a consolation goal through Ayom Majok however it was to no avail as the Jets held firm for the win.
