SEN’s Chris Warren was joined by Newcastle Jets star Roy O’Donovan to find out how the side is travelling.
They discuss the appointment of Coach Craig Deans:
“We’re playing some nice football and getting the rewards with some results.”
Challenges at the Club:
“Hopefully, we get back onto an even playing field soon. It’s a good step getting a manager in place. We have the nucleus of a competitive squad.”
Change in team form:
“It takes a win and a positive result to get some confidence… we need to keep it going now.”
Finding a home in Newcastle:
“I never wanted to leave Newcastle in the first place… it’s a great place to raise a family.”
His own form:
“I’m playing ok… there’s always room for improvement. I want more goals, more assists and more wins.”
