The Newcastle Jets are proud to announce that Inspirations Paint have re-committed to the Club, signing a three-year sponsorship deal.
The deal will see the national paint retailer on the front of the Club’s Hyundai A-League Away and Alternate playing strips until the end of the 2020/21 season.
REVEAL: Jets unveil 2018/19 playing kit
The Club’s 2018/19 playing strips were unveiled today onsite at Inspirations Paint store in Warners Bay.
The Away strip – white with a gold trim – is reminiscent of the Jets Championship-winning kit of 2007/08.
The Alternate strip is a sleek all black affair, a change of direction for the Jets which is set to be a fan favourite.
Inspirations Paint will also continue with their personal sponsorship of Head Coach, Ernie Merrick and the Technical Area for Hyundai A-League home games.
Jets CEO, Lawrie McKinna welcomed the Club’s renewed partnership with Inspirations Paint.
“Inspirations Paint have supported this club through some tough times and their continued commitment to the Jets is something that we sincerely appreciate.
“We want to work with people who are passionate about football and passionate about Newcastle – Inspirations Paint have both in spades.
“They’ve been on board with the club for three years and to have them on board for a further three is tremendous.
“Inspirations Paint is a well-respected, national brand with a 40-year heritage in Newcastle and a perfect fit to partner with our club.”
Inspirations Paint CMO, Joel Goodsir outlined the reasons for the partnership.
“Newcastle Jets is a strong platform to showcase our growing business. The Club’s success on the pitch reflects our company’s success in the Home Improvement marketplace,” said Goodsir.
“Inspirations Paint’s philosophy is to give personal attention to your next paint project. We apply this same philosophy to our football sponsorship, making sure we give our all to supporting the Club each season.”
With regard to the new playing strips, Goodsir said, “We have 65,000 paint colours available in our stores but white and black are two of our favourites, both on the wall and on the Jets’ kits.”
