Goalkeeper Matt Nash has signed on for another season with the club after joining last year as an injury replacement player.
The Newcastle Jets are pleased to announce the signing of Matthew Nash for season 2011/2012.
The talented Goalkeeper has made the most of his opportunities available in the A-League this season and Newcastle Jets Head Coach Branko Culina paid tribute to the talented Goalkeeper.
“Matthew is a very experienced and talented Goalkeeper.”
“He has made the most of his opportunities with the Jets so far and we look forward to a strong season ahead from Matthew,” said Culina.
Nash, who will be relocating to Newcastle in the near future, was thankful to the Jets for showing faith.
“I am really happy to be given the opportunity to stay with the Jets, there is a great buzz around the club at the moment and I am thankful to be a part of it.”
“I have enjoyed my time with the Jets so far and moving to Newcastle will certainly help in my preparation for the season ahead,” Nash said.
