Emma Bates

Emma Bates signed her first professional deal with the Newcastle Jets ahead of the 25/26 A-League Season. A centre-back with a natural ability on the ball, Emma has impressed over the years for both the Jets Academy, as well as the University of Louisiana and Texas A&M Corpus Christi in the American college system. Whilst playing in the US, Emma spent a season with Eagle FC in Pennsylvania where she won the Mid Atlantic Division 1 title.
