The Newcastle Jets are excited to announce that striker Tara Andrews has re-signed for the 2022/23 season.
Coach Ash Wilson is extremely pleased to have Tara’s services again for the upcoming campaign.
“Tara is a technically gifted player with vision and creativity. Her passing range and quality is one of the best I have worked with and is an asset to any team. Her consistent scoring record in the local league as well as her history of scoring in the A-League highlights her threat in front of goal.
She gives us tactical flexibility and will be someone that can create opportunities for others and herself. Tara is hard-working, motivated, and dangerous in set pieces. Her performances in this year’s Premier League demonstrate her capabilities and I’m confident Tara will continue to set high-performance expectations of herself and bring this to our team environment.”
Andrews is stoked to be wearing the gold of Newcastle this coming season.
