Sophie Hoban and Thomas Aquilina have taken out the Newcastle Jet’s Women’s and Men’s Player of the year awards tonight, held at Newcastle Town Hall.
Newcastle Jets Ninja A-League Captain Cassidy Davis picked up the Member’s player of the year award alongside Eli Adams who enjoyed a breakout first year at the Club.
Deven Jackson and Sheridan Gallagher shared the golden boot award for the Women’s team after scoring six goals each while Eli Adams claimed the Men’s award with nine goals.
Claire Adams and Ben Gibson picked up the Young player of the year awards while Academy starlets Oliver Cockle and Layla Sharpe were awarded the Emerging Jets award for their performances in the Club’s Academy.
