Newcastle midfielder Liridon Krasniqi has been selected for the Malaysian National Team.
Saturday’s match against Central Coast will be the last he is available to play for the Jets as he will link with the Malaysian team ahead of World Cup Qualifier preparations next week.
On loan from Johor Darul Ta’zim, Krasniqi linked with the Jets mid-season where he has featured via the bench.
While Krasniqi has previously represented Albania and Kosovo on the international stage, he received his Malaysian citizenship in 2020.
