Kantarovski, one of the A-League’s young guns, signed a four-year contract with the Jets in January 2008 whilst still attending Lambton High School.
Just 15 years of age at the time, this made him the youngest player in A-League history to sign a full-time contract. The midfielder made his Jets debut in Round 1 of the 2008/09 season and finished the year being named the Jets Player of the Season.
He has since signed a three-year extension keeping him at the Jets until the end of 2013, and been named Captain of the Young Socceroos. His maturity and composure will be integral for the team in the year ahead and his versatility, an added bonus.
