Mark Milligan

Mark Milligan had a highly successful career as a player, playing from 2002 to 2021 across the NSL, A-League, Asia and the UK. Mark also lifted two A-League Championships, one with Sydney FC and one with Melbourne Victory, as well as winning one A-League Premiership with Melbourne Victory. He earned 80 senior international caps for Australia, including 14 as captain. He also won the 2015 Asian Cup, playing 120 minutes in the final as Australia defeated South Korea.

As an assistant coach, Mark spent time at Macarthur FC, Adelaide United and the Malaysian National Team. He also spent time as the Head Coach of St George FC in 2022.

2025/26 Season:

Mark was named as Head Coach of the Jets ahead of the 2025/2026 season, signing a two year deal with the Club as he made his first steps into being a professional Head Coach. Mark guided the Club to their first ever Australia Cup win, defeating Heidelberg 3-1 in the final, before leading the Club to it’s first ever Premiers Plate as well. Mark has excited fans and pundits alike with his entertaining but effective brand of football. He has also gained plaudits for his use of young players, letting the likes of Will Dobson and Xavier Bertoncello shine.
