Josie Allan

A young local with enormous potential, Allan has explosive pace, the ability to cause havoc amongst opposition defenders with an eye for goal. Allan has represented the Young Matildas and will look to further build on her impressive 2024/25 season.

2022/23 Season:

Josie signed a one-year scholarship at the beginning of the season. She made her senior debut as a 16-year-old, coming off of the bench for the final 13 minutes in a 4-2 win over the Western Sydney Wanderers in Tamworth. Josie made five appearances, all off the bench, in her debut season.

2023/24 Season:

Josie made a further four appearances off of the bench for the A-League side, whilst also impressing for the Youth Team, finishing as the equal top goal-scorer for the team with nine goals.

2024/25 Season:

Josie re-signed on a scholarship deal at the beginning of the season. She made her first A-League start in round one. Allan scored her first A-League goal in round two, a superb 25-yard strike against Perth Glory in a 3-2 loss. She scored a second goal a few weeks later in a 3-3 draw with Adelaide United. Josie’s third goal of the season came in a 5-1 loss to the Mariners. She finished the season with three goals in 15 appearances.

2025/26 Season:

Josie signed a two-year extension at the beginning of the season. Under Stephen Hoyle, Josie split her time between playing as a wing-back and a forward. Josie made 19 appearances, scoring once against Adelaide United.

2026/27 Season:
