Biography
Newcastle local Ally Boertje spent several years with both Warners Bay and New Lambton in the Northern NSW NPL, putting in several eye-catching performances. She earned a contract with the Newcastle Jets, playing regularly for the Youth Team.
2024/25 Season:
Ally signed a one-year scholarship deal ahead of the 2024/25 season, going on to play 14 games for the Youth Team in the NPL NSW.
2025/26 Season:
Ally re-signed for a further year, going on to make her professional debut, starting in a 3-1 win over Adelaide United. She also featured in the next game, a 2-1 loss at Maitland Sports Ground against Melbourne City. Boertje continued to feature heavily for the Youth Team, making 18 appearances to date in the FNSW League One competition.
