NEWS: Newcastle Jets ready to Mo!

A raft of Newcastle Jets players led by the club’s Movember Ambassador, Jason Hoffman, are getting prickly this November in the name of men’s health.

Last week, Hoffman was confirmed as the Jets’ Movember Ambassador, and received a cutthroat shave at his barber, Sullini’s on Hunter Street, to help raise awareness for the cause.

Now we’re delighted to confirm that plenty of Hoffman’s Newcastle Jets teammates have decided to join the right back in growing a moustache this Movember.

When the Jets play Western Sydney Wanderers, Central Coast Mariners, Adelaide United and Brisbane Roar this month, keep an eye out for upper lip efforts of Cameron Watson, Daniel Mullen, Mateo Poljak, Ben Kantarovski, Andy Brennan, Enver Alivodic, Milos Trifunovic, Josh Barresi, Lee Ki-je, and Lachlan Jackson, to name a few.

Each of the above players have confirmed that they’ll be doing their best to grow a mo that even former American baseball player Roland Fingers (pictured below) would be proud of!
