The Newcastle Jets are delighted to announce the signing of New Zealand international Deven Jackson for the 2024/25 A-League season from Canberra United.
Jackson, who plays as a forward, played 21 matches last season, scoring two goals.
The forward has made one appearance for the New Zealand national team. Coming on as a substitute against the United States in 2023.
Jackson is excited to join the Club for the upcoming season.
“With a strong core of players returning and the momentum from last year’s success, I’m excited to build on that progress and make a meaningful impact within the team.”
Newcastle Jets Head Coach Ryan Campbell said.
“Deven adds a lot of experience to a young team which is something that I am excited about. Her ability to play a range of positions is a key strength of her game.
I am looking forward to her adding to our squad and I am sure she will be a great addition to the squad.”
