Newcastle Jets Announce InfraBuild as Major Sponsor for 2025 Academy Season

The Newcastle Jets are pleased to announce InfraBuild as the Major Sponsor for the 2025 Academy Season.

InfraBuild is an Australian sustainable steel company and the only one in Australia that makes steel using electric arc furnaces. They have more than 140 locations across Australia, including several in the Newcastle area. They recycle about 1.4 million tonnes of scrap metal annually, before using that scrap to make new steel in their electric arc furnaces and from there, manufacture steel products at their mills located along Eastern Australia, including the Mayfield site at Newcastle.

InfraBuild will feature their logo across the front of all 13 Academy teams shirts for the duration of the 2025 Academy season.

Newcastle Jets CEO Maurice Bisetto said:

“We are delighted to be bringing InfraBuild into the Newcastle Jets community. We thank them for their investment into our Academy program, as we look forward to having them on board for an exciting 2025 Academy season.”

“With history tracking back to the early days of the BHP Newcastle Steelworks, InfraBuild has become a staple of the local community. Their numerous locations across the region produce and distribute the steel that has built this city”.
