The game was in the balance until the final kick of the game, but our Jets were pipped at the post by a heartbreaking late goal to go down 2-1.
It was a cagey first half which saw an early goal to Melbourne through D’Agostino, though that was the only real chance of note.
The second half was a total reversal of the first, with huge chances coming the home side’s way before the eventual equaliser by Savvas Siatravanis.
It wasn’t to be for our Jets as Victory stole the three points with a late winner, our focus now turns to Western Sydney on Wednesday night.
