The Newcastle Jets’ play their first home match of the 2014/15 A-League season at Hunter Stadium on Saturday, with kick-off at 5pm.
1. Have you got your Membership Inclusion/s?
If you haven’t already collected your Member Kit or Junior Jet Pack (inclusion/s are subject to the package you purchased), we encourage Members to go to Westfield Kotara to collect before the opening game to avoid queues on match day. The Jets pop up stand at Westfield Kotara will be located outside of JB Hi-Fi on Level 2 within Westfield Kotara’s regular trading hours.
2. Have you got your Membership Card?
Members who joined prior to Monday September 15
You should have received your Membership Card and redemption voucher/s in the mail by now.
Members who have joined between Tuesday September 16 and Wednesday October 15
Your Membership Card and redemption voucher/s were lodged with Australia Post on Thursday October 30. You should receive your Membership Card and redemption voucher/s in the mail prior to the first home match on Saturday November 8.
Members who have joined after Thursday October 16
You will be emailed a print at home ticket on this week to access the Round 5 match against Melbourne Victory this Saturday November 8.
You will receive your Membership Card and redemption voucher/s prior to Round 6 on Friday November 14.
What to do if you have not received your Member Card
or print at home ticket?
If you do not receive your Membership Card in the mail or print at home ticket via email, please call the Membership Team on 02 4979 7611 or visit the Membership Service Office on match day which is located on the North West end of the main entrance.
3. Have you planned your travel to the stadium?
We encourage all Members to plan ahead their travel to Hunter Stadium. Seasonal and Match-day car parking is available through www.ticketmaster.com.au
4. Are your monthly payments up-to-date?
If you are on the monthly Payment Plan, please ensure your payment is up-to-date. Payments must be up-to-date to attend all home games. You can check this by logging into your MyJETS Account.
The $10 Merchandise Voucher will be emailed to Members tomorrow in time to purchase Merchandise at the first home match.

Entrance to Hunter Stadium: All Members and supporters can enter Hunter Stadium via the Western and Southern Gates
Food and Beverage Outlets: Will be located on Level 1 of the Eastern Grandstand and Level 1 and Level 3 of the Western Grandstand
