The Newcastle Jets are excited to confirm that Libby Copus-Brown has re-signed with the Club for 2026/27 Ninja A-League season.
A Novocastrian, Copus-Brown has represented the Club on more than 100 occasions across two spells, scoring seven goals. She also served as Captain several times last season in Cass Davis’s absence.
Libby is thrilled to remain in Newcastle,
“Last year I feel like we lacked a bit of consistency yet we showed a lot of positive signs, but with our new signings and the core group we’ve retained, I’m really looking forward to what we can achieve this season. I’m excited to continue working with Stephen and the coaching staff and really unleash our full potential on the work we did last year. If we can find that momentum, I’m confident we’ll be back in finals football where we want that to be a standard for the club. I’m really excited to re-sign and be part of that. Up the Jets”
