Newcastle Jets and Newcastle Olympic have thrown their support behind each other ahead of their respective Australia Cup clashes coming up.
Last week, the Jets and Olympic faced off in a behind-closed-doors friendly at Maitland Sports Ground which proved to be a successful hit-out for both sides.
All fans who purchase a ticket to the Newcastle Olympic v Melbourne City match and show their ticket at the gate at McDonald Jones Stadium on Saturday night will receive a $15 ticket. That’s a saving of $10.
On the flip side, anyone who attends the Newcastle Jets v Adelaide Australia Cup match and shows their ticket at No. 2 Sportsground will receive discounted entry.
Both teams will support each other by attending their respective matches in what is sure to be a great week for football in the Newcastle region.
