Information: Getting to Gosford this Sunday

Newcastle will head an hour south to take on the Central Coast Mariners next Sunday afternoon, and the Jets want as many Members and supporters as possible to join us in Gosford.

The first 4,000 full season Jets Members will receive free entry to the fixture, and can sit in bays 31, 32, 53, and 54 in the eastern grandstand at the southern end of Central Coast Stadium.

All you have to do to gain entry is scan your Member card on arrival. Should you have any issues, our Membership Team will have a marquee on Dane Drive (opposite Central Coast Leagues Club).

The last time we took on the Mariners, we took over Central Coast Mariners on and off the pitch – an 8-2 victory in front of thousands of Newy faithful.

To assist Members and supporters in making the trip to Gosford, we’ve teamed up with Sid Fogg’s Coaches and Travel to help get you there.

They’re running coaches to and from the weekend’s F3 Derby, starting at $20 per person (incl. GST) and $60 for a family (2 adults and 2 children under 16).

Bookings for a spot on the coach can be made directly through Sid Fogg’s, and there is a minimum requirement of 30 bookings to ensure a bus will run.

Jets CEO, Lawrie McKinna has issued a rallying cry for all Jets Members and fans to get to the game.

“We took over the Mariners stadium last time we played there, and we want to do it again on Sunday,” McKinna said.

“A big crowd in the away bays can do wonders for any team, like we saw last season, and with Sid Fogg’s helping out our Members and supporters in getting to Gosford it’s never been easier to make your way down the freeway.”

If you need extra tickets to the match, you can purchase through Ticketek. Adult tickets are $20, family tickets are $40, junior tickets are $10 and concession tickets are $15.

You can book a place on the Sid Fogg’s bus by contacting Sid Fogg’s Coachlines via phone on 02 4928 1088, or Sid Fogg’s Helloworld, Jesmond on 02 4928 1088, or via email at info@sidfoggs.com.au.
