The Newcastle Jets youth team take on Charlestown City Blues in the penultimate round of the NBN State League at Lisle Carr Oval on Sunday.
There will be plenty on the line for both Clubs as they look to keep alive their hopes of securing the minor premiership.
The Jets are currently in second place on 35 points, one point behind leaders Hamilton Olympic.
Broadmeadow Magic are in third, behind the Jets only on goal difference, while Charlestown are in fourth on 31 points and need to win both of their remaining games and hope other results go their way to have any chance of finishing the regular season on top.
The Jets will no doubt take confidence from their 4-1 victory over Charlestown when the two sides last met in round seven.
Charlestown meanwhile will be looking to bounce back from their 3-0 loss to Hamilton at Darling Street Oval last week.
Meanwhile, Jets striker Kale Bradbery looks to be in the box seat to pick up the Golden Boot award having amassed a tally of 18 goals already this season.
The young forward will be hoping to continue his golden run after netting a brace in the Jets- 4-1 win over Edgeworth at Jack McLaughlan Oval last weekend.
