Newcastle Jets are pleased to announce that Claire Adams has re-signed for the following two seasons.
The midfielder began her journey at the Club in the Academy before making her Ninja A-League debut in a 1-0 win against the Wellington Phoenix in 2024.
Adams has made 25 appearances for the Jets in her career so far, scoring one goal.
Adams is excited to continue her footballing journey at her local Club.
“I’m incredibly grateful to wear the badge of the Jets again this season. I’m ready to give my absolute all when playing for the jersey and I want to repay our loyal fans that turn up to support us through everything.”
Newcastle Jets Head Coach Stephen Hoyle said.
“Claire is a technically excellent young player who has a real desire to compete. As a local player who has come through the Jets pathway, it’s exciting for us to be able to continue working with her and supporting the next stage of her development. Claire has already shown that she has the qualities to impact games in the A-League.
We believe she has the potential to grow into a really strong senior player for the Newcastle Jets.”
