Newcastle Jets are delighted to announce the signing of attacker Tamar Levin for the 2026/27 Ninja A-League season
Levin, joins the Club from rivals the Central Coast Mariners where she played during the 2025/26 season.
Prior to that, the 22-year-old has also played for Brisbane Roar, where she made 39 appearances for the Queensland based Club.
Levin is excited to hit the ground running in Newcastle.
“I’m really excited to be joining the Newcastle Jets this season and to get started with the team. It’s a great opportunity for me to keep developing as a player and continue improving my game. I’m looking forward to working with Stephen and the coaching staff, getting around the girls and working hard together.
I can’t wait to get out there in Jets colours and hopefully have a successful season.”
Newcastle Jets Head Coach Stephen Hoyle said.
“I’ve been really impressed by Tamar’s ability to create chances for her teammates while also contributing goals herself.
She has an excellent passing range and ability to strike the ball, and her physical qualities and movement can cause teams problems whether she’s playing centrally or from a wide position.”
