The Newcastle Jets are delighted to confirm that Cassidy Davis has re-signed with her hometown club for a 14th consecutive season
Davis has totaled 185 appearances for the Club since making her debut in 2013, sitting third all-time in the A-League Women’s competition.
Davis said,
“It’s always an honour to represent this Club and the Newcastle community, and I’m incredibly proud to be re-signing with the Jets.
I’m really excited to get started with this new-look squad, build something special together and push for finals football. There’s a lot to look forward to, and I can’t wait to get going.”
A-League Women’s Head Coach Stephen Hoyle is thrilled to have Cass commit to the club for an additional season,
“Cass has given a lot to this club and continues to set a fantastic example through the way she competes and leads the group. She understands what it means to represent Newcastle, brings enormous experience to our environment and has been an important voice in helping us establish the standards we want within the team. We’re delighted to have our captain continuing with us this season.”
