The Newcastle Jets are delighted to announce that Nathan Grimaldi has re-signed for a further two years.
Grimaldi joined the club this season and has so far made six appearances for the club.
Newcastle Jets Isuzu Ute A-League Coach Rob Stanton is pleased to reward Grimaldi with a new deal.
“Nathan has played a couple of seasons in the NPL prior to coming here and he has handled himself very well this season. He’s very composed, and someone who I think will be a very good player for this club. He has fantastic character, he’s a winner and a leader. I’m very happy to reward him with a new deal.”
Grimaldi is eager to continue building on his debut season at the Jets.
“I am extremely grateful and excited to spend the next two years here in Newcastle. I love this area and have enjoyed living here. I am very keen to continue ripping in with the boys and working with our hardworking and passionate group of staff who are building something special here. It’s truly an honour to be part of this great club where I will play my best football and continue to grow on and off the field.”
