Mitch Cooper

Mitch Cooper rose to prominence when he became the youngest ever player to captain an A-League Club when he lead Gold Coast United against Melbourne Heart during the 2011/12 season. An exciting attacking midfielder, Cooper represented Australia at the FIFA Under 17’s World Cup in Mexico in 2011 and is another Jets player with an extremely bright future. His impact for Newcastle has been limited to date due to injury, but Cooper is hungry to show his best form this coming season.
