newcastlejets.com.au takes a look at how all of the Club’s Emerging Jets teams have fared in their respective competitions this season ahead of the commencement of the NNSW NPL Final Series on August 23rd.
Newcastle Jets Youth made history by securing the Northern NSW NPL Premiership with a 1-1 draw against Weston Bears FC at Rockwell Automation Park on Saturday afternoon, however they are not the only Jets team that has enjoyed a successful regular season in the NNSW NPL.
Newcastle Jets Youth
Competing in the NNSW NPL First Grade, the Newcastle Jets Youth finished atop the ladder after 18 regular season matches. By virtue of finishing in first place the Newcastle Jets Youth will have a bye during the first week of the Finals Series, before taking on the winner of the second and third place playoff between Weston Bears FC and Lambton Jaffas FC.
