The 19th episode of ‘Boarding Pass’ – the Official Newcastle Jets Podcast in association with Media Partner NEW FM – has landed!

Press play on the embed above to join host Meredith Gibbs as we provide Jets Members and supporters with player and coach interviews, club news, and a match preview.

This week we have a huge pre #F3Derby episode, with Newcastle-based media personalities James Gardiner (The Herald) and Mitch Hughes (NBN Television) joining the podcast to share some of their derby memories from down the years.

Jets captain Nigel Boogaard is also on this week’s edition – he’s the only player set to participate in Sunday’s game to have represented both Newcastle and Central Coast throughout the Hyundai A-League era.

Matt Thompson is back again this week to offer his views on the game, while former Jet Taylor Regan was kind enough to join us all the way from Malaysia.

Regan is now plying his trade with Negeri Sembilan in the Malaysian Premier League (second division) where he is captain of the club under Australian Head Coach Gary Phillips.

Over the coming weeks the Jets, via ‘Boarding Pass’, will be seeking to check in with a range of respected former players to provide supporters with the chance to hear from some of the club’s favourite sons.

To get set for Saturday’s Hyundai A-League 2015/16 Round 20 match at Hunter Stadium against Wellington Phoenix, you had better grab your ‘Boarding Pass’!
