Stephen Hoyle

Stephen signed on as Head Coach of the A-League Women’s side ahead of the 2025/26 season. He has spent a decade coaching various teams across New Zealand, having previously served as an assistant of the New Zealand Women’s U17 National Team, as well as Head Coach and Director of Football at Eastern Suburbs AFC.

As a player, Stephen spent time in Barnsley’s academy before moving to New Zealand in 2012, where he plied his trade for the majority of the last 13 years. He also had brief spells playing in Canada (for Toronto Lynx) and Australia (South Adelaide Panthers).
