Biography
A bonafide A-League and Newcastle Jets legend, Cass has spent her entire professional career with the Newcastle Jets. Cass debuted for the Jets during the 2013/14 season, before going on to play 132 matches without missing a single game, an Australian football record for men or women. She has played a total of 175 games for the club, scoring 5 goals. This includes her stunning strike against the Western Sydney Wanderers in the 2023/24 season, which won the A-League Women Goal of the Year award. Cass is comfortable playing at the base of midfield, or centre-back.
Cass is the current captain of the A-League Women’s side. She is also the leading appearance maker for the Newcastle Jets Women’s team.
