Michael Bridges, Adam D’Apuzzo and Jason Naidovski this week demonstrated the importance of the Jets’ community programs.
Young football fans at St. Dominic-s Centre for Hearing Impaired Children were able to rub shoulders with some of their heroes on Wednesday afternoon when Newcastle Jets players Michael Bridges, Adam D-Apuzzo and Jason Naidovski paid a visit to the school.
The three footballers answered the children-s questions, signed autographs and had photos taken in an hour-long visit to the Mayfield establishment.
This visit was one of many in the Jets- community program, with players having recently attended the Gresford Vacy Junior Soccer Club presentation, Mayfield and Beresfield OOSH during school holidays, as well as spending time with their fans at the October Junior Jets Coaching Clinics.
Players regularly visit schools, hospitals, junior football clubs and local organisations. To request the Jets to attend your event, simply download and complete this form. For further enquiries, contact Andrew Licata on (02) 4962 2755 or email andrew@newcastlejets.com.au.
