Tonight-s pre-season trial match between the Newcastle Jets and Plattsburg-Maryland FC at Ulinga Oval has been called-off due to inclement weather.
The decision was made with the safety of both sets of players in mind.
The Jets- next pre-season trial match is scheduled to take place against Lake Macquarie Roosters FC at Macquarie Field next Wednesday, July 3 with kick-off scheduled for 7pm.
A curtain-raiser match will be played at 6pm between the LMCFC Footballers with Intellectual Disabilities and U12A teams.
