Membership renewals for Season 2019/20


From all of us here at the Newcastle Jets, THANK YOU for your support throughout the Hyundai A-League and Westfield W-League 2018/19 seasons!

This campaign may be done, but there’s another one fast approaching –  here’s everything you need to know about renewing your Membership for next season.

Important Dates*

2019/20 Memberships will be available on Monday 3 June 2019. 2018/19 Members will be able to view and pay their invoice in their MyJETS Account at this time.

For those Members on Automatic Renewal Payment Plans, this will occur on Wednesday 24 July 2019. On this date, the full amount will be deducted for those on upfront payment plans while the first instalment for monthly payment plans will be deducted.


Members on Automatic Renewal will be notified via email and post in the coming weeks. Members can opt out of Automatic Renewal, which will need to be done in writing by Friday 19 July 2019.

The easiest way to opt out is to email membership@newcastlejets.com.au with your Member ID and the names of each Member you wish to opt out. Alternatively, you can call our Membership team on 02 4088 8004.

Members can keep their same seat by renewing before the Reserved Seat Deadline on Thursday 8 August 2019.

Paperless renewal

Newcastle Jets are beginning the process of going paperless with Membership renewal information. You will receive email notifications when your invoice is available in your account, plus an electronic copy of your renewal forms.

The Club understands that not all Members are on email, and paper renewals will be sent to Members without an email address linked to their account. Our Membership team will also monitor who opens emails and send paper reminders to those Members who might have missed their emails.

Please ensure that your email address is correct and up to date to ensure you don’t miss out on any information.

Seat Changes

Seats held by Members will be reserved for renewal until the Reserved Seat Deadline on Thursday 8 August. After the deadline, any seats that have not been renewed will be made available to Members who have renewed for the 2019/20 season who wish to change seats.


Members will be able to change their seats via their MyJets Account during the week of Monday 12 August 2019. As of Monday 19 August 2019, any seats that have not been renewed will be made available to the public.

Please note that the Club receives a number of requests to move to seats at the back of Bays 54-56 in the Western Grandstand. However, these seats rarely become available as they are held by long-term Members and Sponsors.
