Macarthur scored late to secure themselves a point at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.
It was an electric start to the game as Lachie Rose got his head on the end of a brilliant ball by Aquilina to open the scoring in just the second minute. The boys kept their foot on the gas, as Timmins played a beautiful ball over the top to Eli Adams, who darted in behind the defence before finding the top corner to give the boys a 2-0 lead inside seven minutes.
The game slowly evened out, with Macarthur creating plenty of chances for themselves. Kosta Grozos was forced into making a last ditch effort to block Ikonomidis inside the box. Brattan also had several chances from set pieces to grab a goal, but the boys defended firmly to deny them any goals leading into the half-time break.
Out of the break, Macarthur were out for blood, as they pushed hard for a foothold in the game. Their break came in the 65th minute, as Sawyer got on the end of a set piece to make the score 2-1.
The Jets were quickly able to restore their two goal advantage, through the Aussie Cole Palmer, Eli Adams. Rose found Eli, who steadied himself before firing his effort right into the top corner, grazing the post as it nestled into the back of the net.
Macarthur grabbed themselves a second goal, as Uskok headed home from a set-piece to put the deficit back to one. The boys fought hard to repel the Bulls attacking efforts, as the Bulls pushed further and further forward in search of an equaliser. They found one, in the fifth minute of stoppage time, as Sawyer nodded home from close range to ultimately split the points at Campbelltown.
