The Newcastle Jets are delighted to announce that Joel Bertolissio has re-signed with the Club until the end of the 2027/28 season.
The 22-year-old defender joined the Jets at the start of the 2025/26 season and has made 18 appearances for the Club so far in the Isuzu Ute A-League.
Bertolissio is determined to reach new heights after signing an extension.
“I’m absolutely delighted to commit my future to the Jets. I have loved every moment since I signed here. I feel that my football has gone to another level under Mark this season and I’m determined to push even further.”
Newcastle Jets Head Coach Mark Milligan said.
“We are happy to have Joel re-sign for a further two seasons. His work rate and attitude have been fantastic since he has joined, and we are excited to see him further improve in our environment.
He is a player with much more to grow into and I’m delighted he has taken this opportunity.”
