Newcastle Jets are excited to announce the signing of New Zealand international, Dane Ingham.
The 22-year-old utility joins the Jets on a two-year-deal.
Comfortable operating in defence, midfield or even up front, Jets Manager, Arthur Papas believes Ingham’s versatility will prove a great asset to the Club.
“We’re very pleased to welcome Dane Ingham to the Newcastle Jets,” Papas said.
“Dane has amassed considerable experience at a relatively young age and will join the squad at the completion of his Olympic commitments with even further layers to his game.

“As mentioned, his versatility is an asset and this versatility highlights Dane’s level of insight and athletic profile amongst many qualities, so we are excited at the prospect of working with Dane.”
Born in Lismore, Ingham came through the youth ranks at Brisbane Roar.
He made his A-League debut in 2017, making 19 appearances across three seasons before linking with Perth in 2019.
He has spent the past two seasons in Perth and currently has 49 A-League games to his name.
“I’m very excited to be signing with the Jets, the club is building something very special here and with Arthur leading, the Club is heading in a very positive direction,” Ingham said.
“I can’t wait to get started and playing some attractive high tempo football that I’m sure the whole Hunter region will be proud of when watching us play at McDonald Jones stadium.
“When I first heard the Jets were interested in bringing me on board and listened to what they had planned, after hearing what those plans were, I knew this Club was the perfect place for me.”
This deal sees Ingham contracted to the Jets for the 2021/22 and 2022/23 seasons.
