The Hunter Ports Newcastle Jets have named a 19-man squad for Saturday-s match against Melbourne Heart at AAMI Park.

Goalkeeper Mark Birighitti is unavailable for selection after fracturing his cheekbone in last Sunday-s 3-0 loss to Wellington Phoenix at Hunter Stadium.

Matt Nash, who came on as Birighitti-s replacement last weekend, retains his spot in the squad and is joined by Young Socceroo shot-stopper Jack Duncan as the other goalkeeper named.

Craig Goodwin and Dominik Ritter have both been added to the squad after they missed the Wellington game due to shin and quad injuries respectively.

Meanwhile, the return of Taylor Regan and Jacob Pepper from suspension gives head coach Gary van Egmond further options for bolstering his match day line-up.

After making a substitute appearance against the Phoenix, forward Adam Taggart is unavailable for selection due to personal reasons.
