Jets membership biggest since 2019

The Newcastle Jets are excited to announce they have hit their biggest membership tally since 2019 – hitting almost 9,000 members.

The club recently eclipsed its membership numbers from the 2023/24 season in both total number and revenue, with the 2019/20 numbers the club’s next target—the year that followed the club’s run to the Grand Final.

“I want to thank the thousands and thousands of members who continue to support the Jets year in year out. And also a special mention to those who joined up for the first time this year,” Newcastle Jets interim CEO Maurice Bisetto said.

“We had over 8,500 members and fans attend our 2-2 draw against Sydney FC on Saturday – the Men’s team played excellent football and the atmosphere was electric – and our Women’s team continue to play a brand of football that is truly entertaining.”

The Jets Men’s team still have 9 home games at McDonald Jones Stadium with membership starting from just $65 and 3 and 6 games memberships are also available!

The Newcastle Jets have a busy week with three home games – the Women’s team host Adelaide on Wednesday 8 January (5:30pm) and Melbourne Victory (5pm kick-off) on Saturday 11 January – with both games at No.2 Sportsground – and the Men’s side hosting the Macarthur Bulls at McDonald Jones Stadium on Sunday 12 January (5pm kick-off).
