The club has allowed Adam D’Apuzzo to return home to Sydney to be closer to his family.
The Newcastle Jets today announced that a release has been granted to Adam D-Apuzzo to return home to Sydney to be closer to his family.
Newcastle Jets Coach Branko Culina lamented he was disappointed to lose a player and a person of the quality of D-Apuzzo.
“It is with great sadness that we lose Adam,” said Culina.
“Adam has represented our club extremely well over the past 5 years and we respect his wishes to want to return to Sydney to be closer to his family.”
“Adam leaves with nothing but our best wishes,” Culina said.
D-Apuzzo played over 100 games for the Jets since his debut in the 2006/07 Season.
