Program Overview
The program is a specialised, weekly program, running each school term, aimed at developing the skills of young footballers under the guidance of Newcastle Jets-trained coaches.
It’s open to all players, no matter their playing experience or skill level.
Open to kids aged 6 – 12, the Newcastle Jets Skills Program will see your child spend an hour with Newcastle Jets trained coaches each week, improving their football skills and confidence in a controlled and comfortable environment.
Program Structure
- 8 weeks of high-quality coaching
- A full Newcastle Jets Skills Program kit, including a shirt, shorts, socks and a spray jacket (Maitland only)
- Child’s name will be placed in a draw for the chance to win a signed Newcastle Jets jersey.
- Opportunity to be identified for the Pre-Academy program.
Recommended Ages
The program is open for kids aged 6 – 12 (turning 6 – 12 in 2025), and is open to both boys and girls who will train together throughout the entirety of the program.
