McDonald Jones Stadium
Known as Marathon Stadium, EnergyAustralia Stadium, Ausgrid Stadium and even Hunter Stadium since the formation of (then) Newcastle United, McDonald Jones Stadium has been the home of the Newcastle Jets for the entirety of their A-League history.
Newcastle has played all but one home fixture at the stadium since the 2005-06 season, with the record Jets crowd currently sitting at 29,410: the 2018 Hyundai A-League Grand Final against Melbourne Victory.
McDonald Jones Stadium is also home to the Newcastle Knights rugby league team, and has hosted a variety of events in the past including rugby union, baseball, and motor cross.
TRANSPORT INFORMATION
McDonald Jones Stadium is just 1.5km from Broadmeadow Train Station, which provides an easy option for fans who are looking to use public transport. Bus 27 is the optimal route for fans looking to catch the bus to games, stopping on the nearby corner of Young and Turton Road.

Newcastle Jets recommend that those planning to attend Jets matches pre-purchase tickets from Ticketmaster.
McDonald Jones Stadium is a completely smoke free venue. There is a pass out system which is in place, and staff can assist with approved smoking locations outside the venue.
