Member update and match day checklist for Friday

Match day checklist for Newcastle Jets Members ahead of this week’s Round 6 clash against Brisbane Roar, Friday 14th November, 7.40pm kick-off.

The Newcastle Jets look forward to seeing all of our Members there to support the team and to help silence the Roar!

1. Have you got your Membership Inclusion/s?

If you haven’t already collected your Member Kit or Junior Jet Pack (inclusion/s are subject to the package you purchased), please visit the North outlet on the Ground Floor of the Western Grandstand at one of the next two home matches.

2. Have you got your Membership Card?

Members who joined prior to Monday September 15

You should have received your Membership Card and redemption voucher/s in the mail by now.

Members who have joined between Tuesday September 16 and Wednesday October 15

Your Membership Card and redemption voucher/s were lodged with Australia Post on Thursday October 30. You should receive your Membership Card and redemption voucher/s in the mail prior to the first home match on Saturday November 8.

Members who have joined between Thursday October 16 and Sunday November 9

Your Membership Card and redemption voucher/s were lodged with Australia Post on Tuesday November 11. You should receive your Membership Card and redemption voucher/s in the mail prior to the second home match on Friday November 14.

Members who have joined from Monday November 10

You will be emailed a print at home ticket on Thursday November 13 to access the Round 6 match against Brisbane Roar this Friday November 14.

You will receive your Membership Card and redemption voucher/s prior to Round 8 on Sunday November 30.

What to do if you have not received your Member Card
 or print at home ticket

If you do not receive your Membership Card in the mail or print at home ticket via email by Friday November 14, please call the Membership Team on 02 4979 7611 or visit the Membership Service Office on match day which is located on the North West end of the main entrance.

3. Have you planned your travel to the stadium?

We encourage all Members to plan ahead their travel to Hunter Stadium. Seasonal and Match-day car parking is available through www.ticketmaster.com.au

4. Are your monthly payments up-to-date?

If you are on the monthly Payment Plan, please ensure your payment is up-to-date. Payments must be up-to-date to attend all home games. You can check this by logging into your MyJETS Account.

5. Have you redeemed your $10 merchandise voucher?

Members who are entitled to a $10 merchandise voucher can log into their MyJETS Account to print their voucher at home. Vouchers can be used at the Hunter Sports Superstore at Hunter Stadium or at the Jets merchandise outlets on match days.

The Hunter Sports Superstore will be open this Friday until 6.30pm when gates open.

Entrance to Hunter Stadium: All Members and supporters can enter Hunter Stadium via the Western and Southern Gates

Food and Beverage Outlets: Will be located on Level 1 of the Eastern Grandstand and Level 1 and Level 3 of the Western Grandstand
