Newcastle Jets custodian Mark Birighitti is on this week to discuss Monday’s match-up against Perth Glory in his home state of Western Australia. ‘Birraz’ will have family and friends in the stands as the Jets strive to leapfrog Kenny Lowe’s purple-whites on the Hyundai A-League standings at nib Stadium.
Birighitti also discusses the impact of the club’s goalkeeping coach Jess Vanstrattan on his performances this campaign and the pride he’ll feel on Monday when he walks out with his one-year-old nephew.
