Learn FOOTBALL skills from your Jets heroes online! A program that sees the Newcastle Jets A-League Men’s and Women’s squads visit 20 schools across the Hunter each year, the Jets:LEARN program fuelled by Greater Bank helps to connect the Club and thousands of school students across the region.
The Jets:LEARN program is a 4 week program aligned to the PDHPE curriculum, comprised of one 45 minute lesson per week. It kicks off with a welcome video from the Jets players. Each lesson features skills and fitness exercises as well as a final ‘challenge’.
20 lucky schools* that register will get a bonus Week 5 session that includes a physical visit from players from our A-League Men’s or Women’s squads, PLUS a free Greater Bank sports pack including:
- 10 x soccer balls for the school to keep (size 3 or 4)
- 30 x mini size 1 balls for students to keep
- Lesson plans for the teachers
- Worksheet for the class to track their challenges

*20 schools will be chosen at random from those who register between Monday 8 September 2025 and Friday 26 September 2025 to receive the bonus lesson and sports pack. The winning schools will be notified by the Newcastle Jets after Monday 13 October 2025. To be eligible to be in the winning to receive a bonus lesson and sports pack, your school must be located within Newcastle / Lake Macquarie / Hunter areas.
